Shipping & Returns – Motiv Gallery

All orders are shipped with UPS, DPD or FedEx.


📦 HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

  • United States: 5–7 business days (📦 We cover tax & duties)

  • European Union: 2–5 business days (📦 We cover tax & duties)

  • Australia: 6–9 business days (📦 We cover tax & duties)

  • Norway: 3–6 business days (📦 We cover tax & duties)

  • Rest of the World: 5–12 business days
    (Sales tax or customs duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility)

No delivery to P.O. Boxes.
If you entered a P.O. Box and cannot receive the package, please email us at support@motivgallery.com. We can update the address to a friend or family member before shipping is finalized.


🖼️ HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS SHIPPED?

  • Unframed art prints are rolled and shipped in a thick cardboard tube to avoid damage.

  • If you order a print with a frame, it will be shipped "ready to hang."


🔍 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive:

  1. An email confirming your payment and order.

  2. A thank-you email.

  3. A third email with tracking information once your order ships.

Please check your spam folder just in case. If you haven't received your tracking email, contact us at support@motivgallery.com with your name and email.


🕒 DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

  • Fulfillment time: 1–4 business days

  • Shipping time: 2–10 business days, depending on location.

Please note: Our artworks are made-to-order, not pre-printed stock, so production takes a few extra days.


🚫 UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY?

If your package cannot be delivered, email us your tracking number at support@motivgallery.com and we’ll help resolve it.


RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

 

🔁 RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, email us at support@motivgallery.com.
You will receive return instructions and the return address.

  • You are responsible for shipping and customs on returned items.

  • Return items must be well-packaged to avoid damage in transit.



📜 RETURN POLICY

Customers have 14 days to request a return (starting from the day of delivery).
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If the item arrives damaged, you may request a refund or free replacement.
We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom orders

  • Gift cards

  • Requests for design changes

Shipping and customs fees on returns are not refundable.


❌ CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
If you cancel, a handling fee of $30 USD will be deducted.


📦 UNCLAIMED ORDERS

If your package is returned due to failure to pick it up, a $35 USD fee will be charged to cover return shipping and restocking.


📭 LOST ORDERS

If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 4 weeks of the expected delivery date. We’ll ship a replacement at no cost to you.

If tracking confirms the order was delivered but you didn't receive it, we cannot replace it for free. In that case, a new shipment would be at your expense.


💸 LOCAL TAXES

We cover taxes and duties for:

  • United States

  • EU

  • Australia

  • Norway

For other regions, local taxes and customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
