By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
By placing an order at Motiv Gallery, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parental permission to purchase from us.

All personal information you provide or that we obtain will be handled by Motiv Gallery as the party responsible for that data. Events outside Motiv Gallery's control shall be considered force majeure.

The applicable price is the one set on the date of your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming your purchase. Local charges may occur and are the customer’s responsibility.

Motiv Gallery reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice. There is no restock for sold-out pieces. Product images shown on the site are illustrative.

Local TaxesLocal taxes (sales tax, customs duty) may apply depending on your region. These are at the customer’s expense. No extra charges apply to orders to the U.S., EU, Australia, or Norway.

Personal Information

All personal information you provide or that we collect will be managed by Motiv Gallery. This includes data needed to ensure successful deliveries.

We automatically collect certain data about your device, including browser, IP address, time zone, and cookies. We also gather data about your page views and how you interact with our site ("Device Information").

We may store currency preferences using a session cookie to reflect correct pricing during your visit.

When you purchase through our site, we collect Order Information: name, billing/shipping addresses, payment details, email, and phone number.

"Personal Information" refers to both Device Information and Order Information.

Payment

All products remain property of Motiv Gallery until payment is complete. If under 18, you need parental permission to order.
Additional InformationWe may alter info regarding pricing, specs, policies, and offerings without notice.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.

Order Cancellation

Confirmed orders cannot be changed or canceled. If you cancel, a $30 USD handling fee applies.

Uncollected Packages

If a package is returned to us because it wasn’t collected, a $35 USD fee is charged to cover shipping and restocking.
Damaged Prints

We replace only in cases where the product was damaged during shipping. Custom design changes are not eligible.

Mobile Terms of Service (Effective February 1, 2025)

By opting into Motiv Gallery’s SMS service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from us, including updates, offers, and alerts. Messages may be sent via an automatic dialing system. Consent is not required for purchase.

Message frequency varies. Standard message/data rates may apply. You are responsible for these charges. To cancel, click unsubscribe in any text message. You’ll get a confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless initiated by you.
We may change our short codes/numbers and will notify you accordingly. Old messages sent to changed numbers may not be processed.

Carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages. You must provide a valid mobile number. If you change your number, you must re-opt in.

We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery of messages, or any action taken based on them.
